The Detailed Material Scope And Conditions Of Implementation Of The Subject Order Are Described In The Annexes To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Entitled Draft Contract. Order Completion Date: The Works Will Be Completed Within The Agreed Completion Time, I.E. 10 Months From The Start Date, Taking Into Account The Deadline For The Completion Of Individual Sections: • Section I - 5 Months From The Start Date, • Section Ii - 9 Months From The Start Date, • Section Iii - 10 Months From The Start Date. (The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract By Both Parties Is Also The Start Date) Warranty And Quality Guarantee Period For Construction Works: The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty And A Written Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Contract, Under The Conditions Specified In The Warranty Card - Part Vi Of The Draft Contract, For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Issuance Of The Taking-Over Certificate Referred To In Clause 10.1 Of The Draft Contract. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Contractor To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Who Conduct Business Activities And Have Their Registered Office Or Place Of Residence In Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The Agreement On Government Procurement Of The World Trade Organization Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party, Hereinafter Referred To As Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements; Nor That The Subcontractor Entrusted The Performance Of Part Of The Contract To Further Subcontractors From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements.
