Building 5 (Built In 1992/93) Shows Recurring Moisture Damage Due To The Age Of The Roof Surfaces (Over 30 Years). The Recurring Water Ingress Has Already Caused Damage To The Wooden Stairs In The Cafeteria As Well As To The Walls, Ceilings And Beams In The Hallway Area And In Adjacent Offices And Meeting Rooms. If Water Continues To Enter, There Is A Risk Of Short Circuits Or Impairment Of The Media Technology. The Aim Is To Completely Replace The Roof Waterproofing, Including Relevant Structures And Installations, Using The Latest Technology To Ensure Safe Use For At Least 30 Years.
