Training Services - Organization Of Meetings Of Interested Persons Under Project 02C0520 Cibus - Cutting Food Loss And Waste In Europe/Reduction Of Food Waste And Food Loss In Europe, Financed Under The Interreg Europe 2021-2027 Program. Within The Framework Of The Contract, The Following Activity Should Be Performed: Activity 1: Organization And Holding Of 4 (Four) Meetings With Interested Parties In Bulgaria On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria The Implementation Includes Organizing 4 (Four) Meetings With Interested Parties For The Duration Of The Contract. Meetings Will Be Held At Least Once Every Six Months. The Meetings Will Include Presentations, Workshops And Other Formats For Discussion And Exchange Of Experience On Various Topics In The Field Of Food Waste Management. Duration Of Each Meeting – 2 Hours. For The Implementation Of Organization And Holding Of Each Of The Meetings, A Separate Assignment Letter Is Issued By The Contracting Authority, Which Contains: Period For Holding The Conference, Topics For Discussion, A List Of Persons To Whom An Invitation Should Be Sent With Contact Details. The Contract Letter Shall Be Sent To The Contractor At Least 30 Calendar Days Before The Estimated Start Date Of The Relevant Event. Number Of Participants For Each Meeting: Up To 10 People To Implement The Activity, The Contractor Should Do The Following For Each Of The Meetings: • Proposal For Places And Specific Dates Of The Meeting. The Contractor Submits The Proposal To The Contracting Authority Within 20 Calendar Days After Receiving The Contract Letter. The Contracting Authority Informs The Contractor Of Its Choice Within 20 Calendar Days After Receiving The Proposal. • Preparing And Sending Invitations To Participate, Including A Preliminary Agenda To Potential Participants. The Text Of The Invitation And The Preliminary Agenda Shall Be Agreed With The Contracting Authority No Later Than 30 Calendar Days Before The Approved Date For The Start Of The Respective Conference. Invitations Are Sent On Paper And/Or Via Electronic Message To Potential Participants No Later Than 30 Calendar Days Before The Start Date Of The Meeting. The Contracting Authority Provides A List Of Names And Contact Details Of The Persons To Be Invited. • Provision Of Food For The Participants – Coffee, Tea And Light Food • Provision Of A Hall For The Meeting, Depending On The Program Of The Meeting. The Hall Should Be Furnished And Equipped With Multimedia Equipment And Sound (2 Movable Microphones, A Multimedia Projector And Screen, And A Banner For Visualizing The Project), Be Air-Conditioned And With Bottled Mineral Water - One For Each Participant Per Working Day. • Provision Of Speakers/Interlocutors, Experts In Food Waste Management - Up To Two For Each Meeting According To The Topics On The Agenda Of The Meetings. The List Of Potential Speakers Is Agreed In Advance With The Employer, No Later Than 45 Calendar Days Before The Approved Meeting Start Date. All Costs Related To Ensuring The Participation Of The Lecturers (Fees, Transport, Accommodation, Etc.) Are At The Contractors Expense. • Registration Of The Participants And Provision Of Attendance Lists • Provision Of Photographic Material For The Meeting • Provision Of The Delivered Presentations On Electronic Media.
