Business And Management Consultancy Services – Continuation And Further Development Of The Scaling Program Scale-Up.Nrw - Conception, Expansion And Operational Implementation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Can Be Found In The Task Description. The Core Task Of The Future Contractor Is: 1. Conception Of The Continuation And Further Development Of Scale-Up.Nrw The Contractor Will Develop A Concept That Shows What The Scale-Up.Nrw Program Should Look Like In The Period From 2026. The Concept Must Contain The Following Services: A) Development Of Scale-Up.Nrw Program And Community Scale-Up.Nrw Should Continue To Be Seen As A Highly Selective Scaling Program For The Best Start-Ups In North Rhine-Westphalia That Already Achieve Sustainable Sales And Have A Significantly Large And Experienced Management Team And Staff. The Participating Companies Should Be Start-Ups That Have The Potential To Develop Into An Internationally Operating Company. A Cohort-Based Program As Before Will Be Continued In The Future. However, Different Or New Priorities Can Be Set, From The Duration Of The Cohort To The Program Design To The Individual Support Services Provided By The Contractor. However, It Is Mandatory That A Cohort Of 10 To 20 Start-Ups Should Start Each Year. The Program Duration Per Cohort Should Be 12 To 24 Months. The Program Must Formulate A Clear And Transparent Value Proposition That Convinces Founders To Commit To The Program For The Entire Period Of The Cohort. In Addition To The Cohort-Based Program (1St Pillar), Scale-Up.Nrw Should In The Future Also See Itself As A Community (2Nd Pillar), Which On The One Hand Binds Start-Ups After The Program Cohorts Have Completed, But On The Other Hand Also Includes Other Relevant Start-Ups And Scale-Ups. The Aim Is To Bundle As Much Of The Scaling Knowledge Available In The Ecosystem As Possible And Make It Usable For The Nationwide Ecosystem. B) Media Concept, Communication Strategy, Existing Word-Image Brand In Addition To The Representation And Visibility Of The Program Team, The Contractor Develops A Media Concept And A Communication Strategy. The Aim Is, On The One Hand, To Make Scale-Up.Nrws Offering Known To The Relevant Target Groups And, On The Other Hand, To Give The Start-Ups Involved In The Program Additional Visibility. Ongoing Media Activities Are Necessary To Provide Timely Information About The Participants Progress And Successes. The Aim Of The Systematic, Target Group-Oriented Communication Of The Program Is To Continuously Increase The Level Of Awareness And Reputation Of The Program Nationally And Internationally And To Achieve A High External Impact In Terms Of Branding. 2. Implementation Of The Concept As Part Of The Implementation Of The Concept, The Following Services Must Be Provided By The Contractor: · Implementation Of The Measures Outlined In The Agreed Concept; · Budget Management, Control And Accounting; · Effectiveness Control Of The Scaling Program
