Home-Help Services – Indkøbfællesskab Nordsjælland (In) Offer Of Framework Agreements Regarding The Washing Of Clothes And Linen Of Searched Home-Dwelling Citizens. The Tender Concerns A Washing Scheme For Searched Citizens In Allerød, Egedal, Fredensborg, Furesø, Halsnæs, Hillerød And Hørsholm Municipalities. The Offer Includes Services Relating To The Washing Of The Clothes And Linen Of Citizens Living At Home Who Have Been Searched. The Supplier Must Deliver The Service Throughout The Municipality In All The Municipalities Participating In This Tender. The Suppliers Handling Of The Laundry Scheme Consists Of The Following Services: •Pick Up Laundry At The Citizens Residential Address. • Sorting Laundry. •Washing Of Laundry. •Dry Laundry. •Put Laundry Together. •Pack Laundry. •Deliver Clean Laundry At The Citizens Residential Address. The Ordering Party Must Also Have The Opportunity To Purchase The Following, Which In Some Of The Municipalities Participating In The Tender Can Be Offered To The Citizen After The Visit: •Washing Of Citizens Aids, E.G. Lift Sail. •Washing Of Citizens Comforter •Washing Of Citizens Pillow. The Municipalities Have Chosen To Enter Into A Framework Agreement, Which Includes Inspections Under Both The Service Act And The Elderly Act, With Two Suppliers. All Citizens Covered By The Agreement Are Free To Choose Between The Two Suppliers. The Agreement With The Individual Municipality Comes Into Force Upon Signature By The Parties, However, On 15 June 2026 At The Earliest And Is Valid Until And Including 31 May 2030. Delivery Starts On 01 November 2026. The Tender Is Carried Out In Accordance With Section Iii Of The Public Procurement Act. In The Present Tender Process, All Interested Parties Have The Opportunity To Submit An Offer. The Municipalities Act Collectively As The Contracting Authority In This Tender Process. At The End Of The Tender, Each Municipality Will Enter Into Individual Framework Agreements With The Two Winning Bidders. That Is That A Total Of 7 Individual Framework Agreements Are Entered Into With Each Of The Two Winning Tenderers On The Basis Of This Tender Process. It Is Only Possible For The Tenderer To Submit One Combined Offer For The Framework Agreements For All Participating Municipalities.
