The Existing Structure Will Largely Be Retained, The Roof Structure Will Be Renewed And The Facade Will Be Insulated And Provided With A New Clinker Brick Etics Facade. Floor-To-Ceiling Windows Create A Direct Connection To The Outside Space. Reading And Lounge Areas Are Created Along The Facades, Allowing A View Of The Surrounding Area. The Stairwell Is Being Expanded To Meet Fire Protection Requirements. A Glazed Connecting Corridor On The Ground Floor Provides A Direct Connection To The New Foyer. The Outdoor Area Will Be Redesigned And Developed Into A Use-Oriented Garden That Is Directly Adjacent To The Foyer, Auditorium And Library. A Reading Garden, A Chess Area, Play Areas And Green Zones Create A Variety Of Opportunities To Stay. The Central Square Between The Monastery Church, Museum, Kindergarten And Kubiz Is Given A Clearly Defined Center By A New Group Of Trees And Strengthens The Spatial Connection Within The Historical Surroundings.
