A) Seminar Documents Within Germany, The Client Conducts Seminars On Approximately 150 Different Types Of Seminars As Well As Various Special Events At Various Venues (Own Educational Institutions, Other Educational Institutions, Hotels, Etc.). In 2024, Around 90,000 Participants Were Trained By Bghm. Paper Documents Were Required For Around 3,000 Events With Around 52,000 Participants. Some Of These Training Documents And Articles Should Be Stored, Printed, Assembled, Picked And Dispatched By The Contractor According To The Clients Instructions. The Number Of Seminars And Thus The Number Of Seminar Participants On Site Can Change Due To External Influences (E.G.: The Federal Governments Cabinet Decision To Reduce Bureaucracy In Occupational Safety) Or The Switch To Digitalized Documents. In This Respect, A More Precise Forecast Regarding The Actual Scope Of The Individual Subsets Of Documents To Be Provided Cannot Be Provided In The Future. As A Result Of The Cabinet Decision On The Immediate Program For Reducing Bureaucracy In Occupational Safety, The Client Expects A Reduction Of Around 20%, Provided That, As Shown In The Decision, A Reduction In The Number Of Safety Officers In The Amount Shown Actually Becomes Law.
