A Substantiated Feasibility Study With Reality-Based And Developable Scenarios And Models Is Often Requested In The Short Term In Order To Arrive At Well-Founded And Well-Considered Policy Choices, Visions And/Or Development Framework. After All, A Development Framework Provides Direction And Describes All Principles And Preconditions For A Feasible And Feasible Development Of An Urban Project: Spatial, Programmatic, Financial, Legal, Technical And In Terms Of Sustainability.
