The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select A Contractor For The Establishment And Implementation Of A Therapeutic Community Program For Persons Serving A Prison Sentence For The Client, The Administration Of The Republic Of Slovenia For The Enforcement Of Criminal Sanctions In Zpkz Ljubljana. The Therapeutic Community Represents A Structured, Therapeutically Oriented Program For Treatment Or Treatment Of Addiction In A Closed Regime. It Is Intended For Convicted Persons With Addiction Experience Who Are Motivated And Ready To Actively Participate In The Process Of Personal Change. It Is A High-Threshold Program That Differs From Other Forms Of Addiction Treatment In Prison Mainly In That It Provides A Clear Daily Structure With Precisely Defined Rules And Responsibilities And Is Physically Separated From The General Prison Population.
