The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Titled Comprehensive Project For The Adaptation Of Forests And Forestry To Climate Change - Small Retention And Counteracting Water Erosion In Lowland Areas - Continuation (Mrn3) In The Nidzica Forest District, Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, Under Measure 02.04 Adaptation To Climate Change, Prevention Of Disasters In Order To Stopping Water Outflow From The Area Of Peat Meadows, Located In The Registered Plots 3210/2, Likusy District And 3227/2 And 3244/2, Napiwoda District, Nidzica Commune, Olsztyn Poviat, Managed By The State Forest Holding, State Forests, Nidzica Forest District, Jeleń Forest District. The Project Will Also Include Partial Filling Of The Network Of Drainage Ditches. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of The Design Concept; 2) Stage Ii - Preparation Of Documentation And Obtaining All Required Permits For The Implementation Of The Project; 3) Stage Iii – Authors Supervision. 3. The Aim Of The Project Is: 1) To Stop Water Outflow, 2) To Raise The Level Of Surface And Groundwater, 3) To Improve Habitat Conditions In The Area Covered By The Task By Retaining Water And Slowing Down Its Outflow. 4. As Part Of Stage I, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Present To The Ordering Party A Preliminary Concept With The Location Of The Designed Valves. 1) Preliminary Concept Of The Investment (1 Copy) By Presenting Tasks Consisting In: A) Alternative Proposals For Technical Solutions (Technical Drawings - 2 Pieces) - Proposed Objects With Their Approximate Dimensions And Volume, Description Of The Necessary Materials For The Construction Of Individual Objects, Taking Into Account The Existence Of Animal Species That Dig Burrows And Cause Damage To The Ground, B) Plotting Individual Objects On A Map Prepared On The Basis Of A Cadastral Map, The Area Of Impact Of Damming, Including The Area Of Periodic And Permanent Dams Created Floodplains, Identification Of Soil And Water Conditions In The Traditional Form And Gis Vector Layers, C) Determining The Type And Technical Parameters Of Objects, And At The Same Time Determining The Location, Taking Into Account The Terrain, D) Determining The Sequence Of Construction Of Individual Objects In The Investment. 5. As Part Of The Implementation Of Stage Ii, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Design Documentation Constituting A Complete Description In Every Respect Of The Subject Of The Contract For Future Construction Works, Which Clearly
