The Packaging Of The Offered Product Can Be Of One Type Or Of Several Types (I.E., It Is Not A Minimum Requirement To Offer Products In Multiple Packages) With The Requirement That The Reagent Sets In Different Packages Must Be Identical In Terms Of All Other Product Properties, Except For The Number Of Reactions That Can Be Performed, As Well As The Projected Unit Prices For Performing One Reaction. The Product Offered By The Bidder Must Meet All The Requirements Contained In The Technical Description. Compliance With The Requirements Of The Reagent Kit With The Instructions For Use/Manual; With Documents Certifying Validation And Evaluation; It Can Be Verified With A Recommendation From Asp National Reference Laboratory (Nrl) Or European Union Reference Laboratory (Eurl). The Recommended Product Must Have An English-Language Instruction Manual/Manual In The Case Of A Product Manufactured In Hungary. With Regard To The Offered Product, The Users Guide/Manual Must Be Attached As Part Of The Offer, With The Fact That It Must Be Attached In Hungarian Or English, But In The Case Of Submitting A Users Manual In English, A Hungarian Translation Must Also Be Submitted. The Recommended Products Have A Shelf Life Of At Least 6 Months From Delivery. The Successful Tenderer Or The Subcontractor/Manufacturer/Distributor Participating In The Performance Of The Contract Must Have Distribution Rights From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract At The Latest. The Distribution Right Must Be Maintained Until The Contract Expires
