Repair And Maintenance Services – Painting Services (Both Outdoor And Indoor) Including Floor Laying And Wall-Papering - Framework Agreement (2026).. Sandefjord Kommune, Hereafter Called The Contracting Authority, Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Painting Services (Both Outdoor And Indoor), Floor Laying And Wall-Papering With The Possibility Of Including Materials/Equipment For The Assignments. The Contracting Authority Can Choose To Use A Separate Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Paint Products/Coverings. The Tenderer Will Provide Materials For All Assignments That Are To Be Carried Out By The Tenderer, Unless The Contracting Authority Requires Otherwise. In Cases Where The Contracting Authority Procures The Materials, The Contract Supplier Shall Use Such Materials Without Mark-Up In The Agreed Prices For This Contract. Sandefjord Kommune Has The Total Operation And Maintenance Responsibility For All Municipal Owned And Leased Buildings. The Buildings Comprise Approx. 400,000 M2. This Agreement Is For The Municipality ́S Purpose-Built Buildings, Including Schools, Nurseries, Nursing Homes, Offices, Sports Halls And Arts Buildings.
