The Client, The German Aerospace Center (Dlr), Intends To Award Technical Equipment Services In Accordance With §§ 53 Ff. Hoai For The Renovation Of The Roof Of Building 5 (Canteen And Meeting Building) At The Ulm Site. Building 5 (Built In 1992/93) Shows Recurring Moisture Damage Due To The Age Of The Roof Surfaces (Over 30 Years). The Recurring Water Ingress Has Already Caused Damage To The Wooden Stairs In The Cafeteria As Well As To The Walls, Ceilings And Beams In The Hallway Area And In Adjacent Offices And Meeting Rooms. If Water Continues To Enter, There Is A Risk Of Short Circuits Or Impairment Of The Media Technology. The Aim Is To Completely Replace The Roof Waterproofing, Including Relevant Structures And Installations, Using The Latest Technology To Ensure Safe Use For At Least 30 Years. The Roof Renovation Includes, Among Other Things: - Complete Renewal Of The Roof Sealing - Optimization Of Thermal Insulation According To Geg 2024 - Adjustments To Skylights, Rwa Elements And Tga Roof Penetrations - Integration Of A Rooftop Photovoltaic System - Ensuring Execution While The Building Is In Operation Net Cost Framework Kg 200-600: Around €1.80 Million Net Execution Time Of The Construction Project: May 2027 - October 2027 It Is Intended To Commission The Following Services With This Tender: Technical Equipment Services, System Group 4, Lph. 3 And 5-9 According To §§ 53 Ff.
