Request for proposals for Provision of Annual Staff Medical, Group Personal Accident and Life Insurance Services for JSI staff and JSI is soliciting proposals from eligible and qualified offerors for the provision of annual staff medical insurance, Group Personal Accident and Life Insurance services in Uganda. JSIs work in Uganda is funded by the U.S. Department of State (DOS) and is subject to all applicable regulations and provisions. This document is a request for proposals only, and in no way obligates JSI to make any award; nor does it commit JSI to pay for any costs incurred in preparation or submission of comments/suggestions or a proposal. Interested offerors should submit their most competitive proposal in accordance with the instructions and requirements of the RFP. Any award issued as a result of this RFP will be subject to all instructions, product specifications, certifications and terms and conditions included in this RFP.
