The Supplier Is Obliged To Ensure The Responsible Storage Of Coal On Site Or In A Rented Warehouse Until It Is Delivered To The Customer. The Supplier Undertakes To Enter Into A Custody Agreement With The Customer, According To Which: The Entire Volume Of Coal Is Stored With The Supplier; The Supplier Is Responsible For The Safety Of The Goods; Coal Supply Is Carried Out At The Customers Request In Batches. Delivery And Unloading Of Coal Is Carried Out At The Expense Of The Supplier To The Customer’S Territory. The Supplier Is Obliged To Unload And Pile The Supplied Coal Into A Warehouse On The Customer’S Territory At The Place Specified By The Customer. Coal Heaping Is Carried Out By The Suppliers Forces And Means In Compliance With Safety Requirements And Solid Fuel Storage Rules. All Costs Associated With Unloading, Moving And Heaping Of Coal Are Borne By The Supplier. After Unloading And Heaping, The Goods Are Considered Transferred To The Customer Upon Signing The Consignment Note And The Coal Delivery And Acceptance Certificate. The Supplier Guarantees: Compliance Of The Supplied Coal With Technical Specifications; Timely Delivery Of Goods; Safety Of Coal During Storage; Replacement Of Goods Of Inadequate Quality At Your Own Expense.
