The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will: - Arrange The Construction Site And Construction Facilities, And After Completion Of The Work, Restore The Area To Its Original Condition, - Mark And Secure The Construction Site, - Provide Ongoing Surveying Services Along With An As-Built Surveying Inventory, - Perform A Trial Section With An Area Of 500 M2 (Binding Layer 4 Cm And Wearing Course 4 Cm) On The District Road No. 1384C Pokrzywno-Orle-Słup (On The Orle-Słup Section) Including Surface Cleaning - The Distance Of The Trial Section From The Construction Site Is Approx. 10 Km. - Replacement Plantings Will Be Carried Out, For Which 13 Hornbeam Seedlings With A Circumference Of 10-12 Cm Measured At A Height Of 100 Should Be Used Cm. Planting Should Be Done On The District Road No. 1384C In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Purchase 34.25 M3p Of Felled Wood From The Ordering Party (Based On The Agreement, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 15 To The Swz) For The Amount Resulting From The Grading Valuation, Which Is Pln 8,425.50 Gross.
