2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is: Part 1. Partial Renovation Of Surfaces In District Roads In The Communes Of Końskie, Gowarczów, Ruda Maleniecka. Description Of The Subject Of The Order2.2.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Repairs, Damages (Losses, Potholes) - Partial Renovations - In Bituminous Surfaces In District Roads In The Konecki County Area In 2026, Occurring In The Surfaces After The Winter Period.2.2.2. The Ordering Party Is Unable To Predict The Amount Of Damage (Defects, Potholes) In Bituminous Surfaces Along District Roads (Konecki County). The Price (Cost) Of Repair Specified In The Attached List Of Costs Of Actually Performed Repairs Will Be Used To Calculate The Amount Due. 2.2.3. The Order Includes: Parts 1 - 3 - Repairs Of Defects / Potholes / In The Surface - Partial Renovations With Different Depths Of Defects In The Existing Surface - Using Surface Consolidation Technology. Pavement Renovations Will Be Performed Using A Specialized Automated Renovator. The Number And Depth Of Defects (Potholes) In The Surface Will Be Determined With The Participation Of The Representatives Of The Contractor And The Employer. Hotly In The District Roads.
