The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of General Construction And Installation Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Renovation Of The Kpp In Sieradz, Which Involves Adapting Existing Office Rooms For Cloakrooms And Sanitary Facilities - 3Rd Floor Of The Kpp Building In Sieradz At Ul. Sikorskiego 22. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Part I - Renovation On The Third Floor Of Room No. 1 - Womens Toilet With A Usable Area Covered By The Order Of Approximately 8.5 M2 And A Height Of Approximately 2.60 M;B) Part Ii - Renovation On The Third Floor Of Room No. 2 - Mens Toilet With A Usable Area Covered By The Order Of Approximately 12 M2 And A Height Of Approximately 2.60 M; C) Part Iii - Renovation On The Third Floor Of Room No. 3 - Cleaning Room With A Usable Area Covered By The Order Of Approximately 8.89 M2 And A Height Of Approximately 2.60 M; D) Renovation On The Third Floor Room No. 4 - Social Room With A Usable Area Covered By The Order Of Approximately 16 M2 And A Height Of Approximately 2.60 M; E) Renovation On The Third Floor Of Room No. 5 - Corridor With A Usable Area Covered By The Order Of Approximately 105 M2 And A Height Of Approximately 2.60 M; F) Renovation On The Third Floor Of Room No. 6 - Washroom With A Usable Area Covered By The Order Of Approximately 18.71 M2 And A Height Of Approximately 2.60 M.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Qualified Staff With Appropriate Knowledge, Practice And Authorizations To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order.4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility, Therefore The Contractor Should Plan The Implementation Of The Works In Such A Way That It Does Not Cause Disruption To The Operation Of The Unit And Disorganization Of Work. All Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Conditions Must Be Observed. Required By Applicable Regulations. After Completing A Specific Stage Of Work On A Given Day, Cleaning Work Must Be Carried Out On An Ongoing Basis. Elements And Equipment Must Not Be Left Without Proper Protection. The Area Around The Work Site Should Be Appropriately Marked And Secured To Limit People Moving Around The Area During The Works.5. Detailed Conditions For The Execution And Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template - Annex No. 10 To Swz.6. The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum.7. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Quality Requirements Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, As Well As The Specification Of The Terms Of The Procurement (Swz).
