The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 107735R Wielopole Skrzyńskie - Wytwarzka At Km 0+000 - 2+072. The Scope Of The Investment Includes A Comprehensive Expansion Of The Road With A Length Of 2,072 M, Including The Construction Of A New Road Surface Structure With A Load Capacity Of 11.5 T/Axle And The Adaptation Of Technical Parameters To The Applicable Regulations. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: • Preparatory And Demolition Works, • Earthworks And Construction Of The Surface Structure, • Construction Of A Sidewalk And A Bicycle Path, • Construction And Reconstruction Of Exits, • Construction Of Drainage (Including Storm Sewage), • Construction Of Street Lighting, • Construction Of An Illuminated Pedestrian Crossing, • Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Road Safety Devices, • Reconstruction Of The Intersection With Provincial Road No. 986, • Protection Or Reconstruction Of Conflicting Infrastructure, • Finishing And Reconstruction Works. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, As Part Of The Lump-Sum Remuneration, Include All Costs Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Resulting From The Design Documentation, Swz And Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular Those Related To With: A) Making All Necessary Arrangements, Obtaining The Required Opinions And Acceptances, In Particular With The Owners Of The Land Infrastructure Network, Necessary For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract And Putting It Into Use; B) Providing, During The Execution Of The Contract, All Relevant And Necessary Documents For The Ordering Party Related To The Implementation Of Construction Works (Protocols, Lists, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Approvals, Etc.); C) Developing And Obtaining Approval Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project Before Carrying Out Works Related To Road Markings And Road Traffic Safety Devices; D) Ensuring Archaeological Supervision During Earthworks, Along With Obtaining A Separate Conservation Permit, In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Opinion Of The Podkarpackie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Issued For The Design Documentation; E) Preparing Documents Necessary To Report The Commencement And Completion Of Construction Works To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority.
