1. Task No. 1 - Modernization And Equipment Of Teaching Rooms And Student Areas At The University Clinical Hospital No. 1 In Lublin At Ul. Staszica 16 – Building F-11, D-11, A-11 At Ul. Staszica 11.2. The Order Involves The Development Of Design Documentation And Modernization Of Teaching Rooms For Each Of The Above-Mentioned Facilities, In Accordance With The Presented Room Development Concept, Which Is An Annex To The Ffu, As Well As The Equipment Included In The Ffu And The Lists And Requirements Attached To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Individual Facilities. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In: Annex No. 1_1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Task No. 1. For Which, In Accordance With Art. 103(2) Of The Public Procurement Law, A Functional And Utility Program Is Submitted, Including: 3.1. Development (Including An Electronic Version - 1 Copy On A Pendrive) Of Executive Designs For All Tasks, And For Task No. 4 For Building No. E-16, An Additional Multi-Discipline Construction Design (Pab And Pt) Should Be Prepared, Interior Design Designs With Equipment Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works, Along With Obtaining And Delivering To The Ordering Party All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Expert Opinions, Technical Specifications, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates Required By Law, Along With Obtaining And Delivering Them The Ordering Party Receives The Final Version Of The Building Permit (If A Permit Is Required)3.2. Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of Construction Works3.3. Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Tasks Including Activities Resulting From The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Which Should Take Place With A Frequency Depending On The Progress Of The Works At The Request Of The Ordering Party (Presence Of The Designer Within No More Than 2 Days From The Request)3.4. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Operating Instructions3.5. Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation 3.6. Delivery And Installation Of Equipment 3.7. Training Of The User Staff Of The Modernized Facility, As Well As: 3.8. Requirements For Meeting Dnsh Rules3.9. Annex To The Requirements For Compliance With Dnsh Rules - Guide Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Swz, In Particular In The Documentation Referred To In Point 3. The Documentation Constitutes An Integral Whole, And The Requirements Specified In At Least One Of These Documents Are Binding For The Contractor As If They Were In The Entire Documentation.
