The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of The Topólki Park In Zakrętym As Part Of The Task Titled: Development Of Green And Recreational Areas In The City Of Zakrętym, Co-Financed By The Masovian Voivodeship And Partially Financed By A Loan Granted By Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (Bgk) Under The Instrument: Loan Supporting The Green Transformation Of Cities, Financed By The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan (Kpo), As Part Of Investment B3.4.1 Investments For The Green Transformation Of Cities.2. The Investment Is Located In The Administrative Area Of The Masovian Voivodeship, In The Nowy Dwór County, In The Zakrętym Commune, In The Town Of Zakrzywym, Plot No. 20/25, 33/1, 33/2, Precinct 0006 01-06.3. Construction Works Will Consist In Hardening The Surface, Building A Playground And Installing Small Architecture Objects.4. The Detailed Method Of Execution As Well As The Scope And Type Of Individual Works Covering The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Should Be Treated As An Additional Element, Not Used To Calculate The Offer Price.5. The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) And The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law.6. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Construction Of A Fenced, Natural Playground For Children With Play Equipment Made Of Natural Tree Trunks, 2) Construction Of A Complex Of Sports Fields With Sand Surfaces: For Beach Volleyball, Badminton And Boules With Wooden Stands, 3) Construction Of Pedestrian Paths With A Gravel Surface Without Edges, 4) Construction Of Wooden Pedestrian Surfaces, 5) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture, Including: Benches, Deckchairs, Baskets For Garbage, Bicycle Racks, Information Boards, Barbecue Gazebos And Fire Pits, Play And Recreational Equipment Made Of Natural Tree Trunks, Nature And Educational Boards, Picnic Tables, Signposts,6) Installation Of Solar Lanterns With Led Lighting,7) New Plantings.7. Surveying Services Should Be Provided, Along With An As-Built Surveying Inventory. 8. The Contractor With Whom The Contract Will Be Concluded Is Obliged To Prepare A Material And Financial Schedule And Submit It For Approval To The Ordering Party Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.9. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations (In Particular The Construction Law, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Industry Regulations), As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, As Well As With Due Care, Maintaining Proper Work Organization And Ensuring Good Quality. 10.
