The Project Envisages The Implementation Of The Following Tasks: Permanent Elimination Of The Negative Impact Of The Contaminated Heap On The Environment, In Particular By Eliminating The Emission Of Pollutants Deposited In It, - Bringing The Land In The Heap Area To The Standards Specified By Law, - Restoring Biological Life And Neutralizing Pollutants Using Biological Methods, - Carrying Out Natural Reclamation Of The Heap Area, - Development Target Area. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To: - Develop Design Documentation And Obtain, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, All Arrangements, Conditions And Decisions Necessary To Commence And Implement Construction Works And Accompanying Services For The Entire Purpose (Project), - Perform, Based On The Design Documentation Prepared And Approved By The Ordering Party, Construction Works And Accompanying Services Aimed At Reclamation And Remediation Of The Heap Of Anthropogenic Pollutants, Including The Activation Of Biological Life In The Structure Of The Heap And Maintaining The Process Parameters Biological During The Durability Of The Project And Warranty, - Performing Multi-Discipline Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Works And Services, To The Extent Resulting From The Developed Design Documentation.
