1) The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works For The Task Titled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Primary School And Kindergarten In Milówka. The Task Will Include: • Insulation Of The Attic Ceiling With Construction Of Communication Bridges, • Installation Of Windows And Doors, • Insulation Of External Walls In The Etics System Using Polystyrene And Mineral Wool, • Insulation Of Foundation Walls Below Ground Level, • Delivery And Installation Of External Roofs Above Entrance To The Building, • Accompanying Works (Masonry, Reinforced Concrete, Reconstruction Works, Painting Works). In Case Of Discrepancies Between Individual Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Order Of Importance Is Assumed: 1. Specification Of The Terms Of Order (Swz),2. Design Documentation (Technical Design/Construction Design),3. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior),4. Bill Of Quantities,5. Other Studies Constituting Annexes To The Swz (Energy Audit, Chiropterological And Ornithological Expertise, Administrative Decisions). The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Works Consisting In Replacing The Roof Covering Of The Building And They Are Not Subject To Valuation. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Is Used To Prepare The Calculation Of The Offer Price. The Bill Of Quantities Was Prepared Excluding Works Involving The Replacement Of The Buildings Roof Covering. If There Are References To Works Related To The Replacement Of Roofing In The Design Documentation, Drawings, Stwior Or Other Annexes, They Should Be Treated As Elements Excluded From The Scope Of This Order And Not Subject To Valuation Or Implementation As Part Of The Proceedings In Question. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Order In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Design Documentation + Bills Of Quantities, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Read Before Submitting The Offer. The Contractor Must Have A Third Party Liability Insurance Policy For His Business Activity For An Insurance Amount Corresponding To At Least The Gross Amount Of The Contract Covering The Date Of Work Completion. 2 Days Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party Photocopies Of The Policy Together With Proof Of Payment Of The Policy. Failure To Provide The Above-Mentioned. Document Will Result In Not Signing The Contract With The Contractor.
