Przemysłowej, 07-200 Wyszków, Plot No. 1180/1, 1179 District: 0001 Wyszków, Wyszków Commune.4.1 The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Construction Of A Fence With Three Entrance Gates And Two Barriers From Ul. Przemysłowa,2) Construction Of Two Exits From Ul. Przemysłowa, Including Moving A Power Pole With A Lamp, Low-Voltage Installations And Parking Spaces, 3) Construction Of Two Shelters For Waste Containers. The Roof Of The Larger Shelter Will Be Equipped With A Photovoltaic Installation, 4) Construction Of Containers: Office, Social And Toilet. Adapted For Disabled People,5) Construction Of An 18M Weighbridge With A Capacity Of 60 Tons,6) Hardening System On Part Of Plot 1180/1 For Communication With 5 Parking Spaces In The Pszok Area,7) Electrical Connection And Installation,8) Water And Sewage Connections And Installation,9) Rain Connection And Installation,10) Lightning Protection Installations,11) Leveling Of The Area Resulting From From The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Facilities,12) Fire Protection Tanks,13) Clearing And Planting Of Greenery,14) Complete Permanent And Movable Equipment.15) Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Necessary For The Use Of The Facility In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose,16) Making An Effective Notification To The Power Plant About The Connection To The Power Grid Of Micro-Installations.17) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Approval Of The Weighbridge For Use By The Supervision Office Technical By Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Operation Of The Device. The Contractor Will Prepare The Documentation Needed To Approve The Weighbridge For Use By The Office Of Technical Inspection And Will Participate In The Registration Examination Of The Office Of Technical Inspection. Notes: 4.2 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Be Equipped With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Equipment. Along With Instructions And Marking Of The Facilities, B) Putting The Facility Into Operation, C) Preparing As-Built Documentation Of The Works And Technical And Operational Documentation Of The Devices, All Operating Instructions Required By Detailed Regulations, Commissioning Reports, And Other Necessary Documents And Studies For The Use Of The Facility In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, D) Training Of Employees Designated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of Installations And Devices Implemented Under The Subject Of The Contract, Enabling The Proper Operation Of These Devices; E) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Export And Disposal Of Demolition Materials. F) The Given Names Of Materials And Manufacturers Are Examples, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials With No Worse Parameters. G) Bills Of Quantities Have Been Attached To This
