1.1. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: - 18930000 – 7 – Sacks And Bags.- 19520000 – 7 – Plastic Products.1.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Municipal Waste Bags (Segregated And Mixed) To The Tesko Warehouse Of Tatrzańska Komunalna Grupa Kapitałowa Sp. Z O. O. 1.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Information Contained On The Bags (I.E. Prints) Be Consistent With Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Annex No. 7 To The Swz Will Be An Integral Part Of The Contract. 1.4. The Quantities And Types Of Bags As Well As The Technical Conditions That Should Be Met By Bags Intended For The Selective Collection Of Packaging Waste And Mixed Municipal Waste Were Described In Detail By The Ordering Party In The Swz Available On The Website Of The Proceedings. 1.5. The Ordering Party Allows Two Types Of Foil: Ldpe Or Hdpe. 1.6. The Quantities Indicated In Point 4.4 - Table No. 1 The Swz Specify The Estimated Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract, Without Constituting An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Fully Implement It, Or A Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Claims For Damages For Failure To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Order.1.7.
