Aircraft Parts Delivery. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To Swz.1. The Delivered Spare Parts Must Be New. 2. Together With The Parts, The Supplier Must Provide A Complete Set Of Documentation Identifying The Part In The Form Of Easa Form 1 Or An Equivalent Document Recognized By The European Aviation Safety Agency (Easa). 3. Due To The Unique Specification Of Aircraft Structures, It Is Not Possible To Provide Replacements. The Requirements Of Aviation Regulations Clearly Define The Possibility Of Installing Only Parts And Units Specified By The Aircraft Manufacturer In The Spare Parts Catalog (Ipc)4. Warranty For Purchased Parts: Minimum 12 Months Or Manufacturers Warranty
