The Subject Of The Contract Is Three-Time Mechanical Mowing Of The Grass (The Area To Be Mowed Once Is Approx. 100,937.08 M²) Together With The Collection Of Mowing Waste And Removal Of Mowing Waste, Performed Together With Three-Time Mechanical Hedge Cutting (One-Time Hedge Cutting In The Amount Of Approx. 3,938.60 M²) Along With Raking And Removal Of Waste After Mowing. Cutting, Carried Out On Areas Owned By The Commune And The City Of Czerwionka-Leszczyna And Administered By The Housing Management Company In Czerwionka-Leszczyny. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Following Procedure Documents: - In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - In The Scope Regarding Grass Mowing; - In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - In The Scope Regarding Hedge Cutting; - In Annex No. 5 To The Swz, I.E. In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Agreement Template). The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Three Stages, Each Of Which Includes Mechanical Mowing Of Grass In An Area Of Approx. 100,937.08 M², Along With The Collection Of Mowing Waste And Removal Of Mowing Waste, Including Mechanical Cutting Of A Hedge In The Amount Of Approx. 3,938.60 M Along With Raking And Removal Of Cutting Waste. Each Of The Three Stages Of The Order Must Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 27 Calendar Days Falling In The Following Periods: - Stage I - In The Period From May 1, 2026. Until May 31, 2026 - Stage Ii - In The Period From July 1, 2026. Until July 31, 2026 - Stage Iii - In The Period From September 1, 2026 By September 30, 2026. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have Appropriate Equipment Of Its Own Type Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, To Provide Fuel And Consumables For This Equipment, And To Perform The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Protective Clothing And Personal Protective Equipment.
