The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Preparing And Serving Meals For Detainees In Pdoz: Kmp Legnica, Kpp Złotoryja, Kpp Lubań, Kp Nowa Ruda, Kpp Środa Śląska, Kpp Polkowice. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In § 1 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.2.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Preparation, Serving And Delivery Of Meals By The Contractor - Full Board Consisting Of Three Meals, Including One Hot Lunch (Or Alternatively A Dry Lunch For Detainees Staying In A Convoy Lasting Over 8 Hours) And Drinks For Breakfast And Dinner, On Working Days, Non-Working Days And Holidays, For Persons Detained In Rooms For Detained Persons (Pdoz), Prepared In Accordance With The Act Of August 25 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And Implementing Acts.2.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation And Distribution Of Meals In Quantities And Dates Adapted To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Also On Public Holidays And Holidays.2.3.
