As Part Of The Proceedings In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Modernization Of The Municipal Nursery Building At Ul. Jankowskiego In Ostrów Wielkopolski.2. The Scope Of Works Includes Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Roof Of The Nursery Building, Consisting Of Demolition Works, New Roof Covering With Felt, New Sheet Metal Work, New Roof Drainage, Chimney Insulation With New Plasters, Installation Of New Roof Hatches, And New Lightning Protection Installation. 3. Place Of Work: Ostrów Wielkopolski, Ul. Jankowskiego 10 A, Plot No.: 180/2, 217/1, 179/2, 218/3, 178/4, 219/1, District 0083.4. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Following Documents: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 9, 2) Technical Design - Construction Industry - Annex No. 10, 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 11, 4) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 12. Attention! The Bill Of Quantities Is For Auxiliary Purposes Only. Bearing In Mind That This Procedure Assumes A Lump Sum Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Prepare An Offer Only On The Basis Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Constituting Annexes To The Swz.5. Other Requirements And Comments.5.1. During The Period Of Carrying Out The Works, The Contractor Will Be Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 100,000.00.5.2. The Contractor Will Be Liable For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Under Warranty For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.5.3. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Contract For A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.5.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Possible Subcontractor To, On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Referred To In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Were Employed Performing: 1) Construction Works In The Scope Of Demolition, Assembly And Finishing Works, 2) Electrical Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations And Devices Consisting In The Implementation Of A Lightning Protection System. 5.5. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. The Scope Of The Order Includes General Construction Works. Taking Into Account The Actual Scope Of Works, Dividing The Order Into Orders For Specific Industries Is Unjustified And Would Cause Complications At The Implementation Stage And, In Some Cases, Make It Impossible To Perform The Task In Question. The Scope Of The Order Includes Multi-Discipline Works That Complement And Condition Each Other. Therefore, From An Engineering Point Of View, It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order
