The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works And Greenery Plantings Along With Their Maintenance Related To The Implementation Of The Participatory Budget Task Entitled: Contemplative Garden And Orchard In Kazimierz, For The Municipal Greenery Board In Krakow. 1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.1.2 The Subject Of The Proceedings And Order Is An Investment Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Zzm/O1.202/25 Contemplative Garden And Orchard In Kazimierz, Zzm/Ukz/O1.1.3 The Investment Area Is Located On Part Of Plot No. 69, Rev. S-14 Unit Records: Śródmieście. 1.4 The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works And Planting Greenery Together With Their Care Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Contemplative Garden And Orchard In Kazimierz, In Accordance With The Available Design Documentation, Including In Particular: Earthworks, Securing The Trees, Laying Conduit For The Lighting Installation, Works Related To Land Development And The Construction Of Pedestrian Routes Made Of Mineral Surface And Geogrid, Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including Civic Budget Signs, Execution Plantings Of Greenery Together With Their Care, Necessary Research And Supervision Works During Implementation In Accordance With The Permit Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Construction Works In The Area Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Optional Scope: Option 1: Earthworks, Construction Of Netturf And Openwork Slabs With Edges, Laying Of Conduits For The Lighting Installation, Gardening Works Based On The Attached Design Documentation Including Among Others Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions.1.5 As Part Of The Order, The Basic Scope And Possibly The Scopes Covered By The Option Law, In Whole Or In Part, Available To The Ordering Party (These Scopes Are Only Indicative And Their Exact Scope And Method Of Development Should Be Read From The Design Documentation), However: 1.5.1 Basic Scope - Includes Earthworks, Protection Of Trees, Laying Of Conduits For The Lighting Installation, Works Related To Land Development And The Construction Of Pedestrian Routes With Mineral Surfaces And Geogrids, Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Planting Greenery Together With Their Care, Necessary Research And Supervision Works During Implementation In Accordance With The Permission Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Construction Works In The Area Entered In The Register Of Monuments, 1.5.2 Scope Of Option 1 - Includes Earthworks, Construction Of Netturf Surfaces And Openwork Slabs With Edges, Laying Of Conduits For The Lighting Installation, Works Horticultural Based On The A
