The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Organization And Management Of The City Center Paid Parking Zone (Śspp) And City Paid Parking Lots (Pp) In The City Of Giżycko Between April And September 2026. Whenever The Swz Refers To The Center City Paid Parking Zone Or Śspp, It Should Be Interpreted Directly In Relation To The Act On Public Roads (I.E. With 2025, Item 889). There Are 651 Parking Spaces Included In The Śspp In Giżycko And Approximately 600 In The Pp. The Basic Duties Of The Contractor Will Include: - Development And Approval Of Temporary Road Traffic Organization Projects In Connection With The Operation Of The Śspp And Pp, - Supplementing The Horizontal Markings By May 1, 2026 In Accordance With The Agreed And Approved Temporary Traffic Organization Projects, - Maintaining The Horizontal Markings And Road Markings During The Months Of Operation Of The Śspp And Pp. Vertical, - Equipment And Installation By April 30, 2026 At The Contractors Expense Of No Less Than 38 Devices - Parking Meters. All With The Option Of Paying By Cash, Payment Card And Blik. The Contractor Will Conclude An Agreement And Cover The Cost Of The Settlement Agents Commission For Non-Cash Transactions. Parking Meters Are The Property Of The Contractor Throughout The Duration Of The Order And After Its Completion, - Launching The Śspp And Pp Service Office (Bo Śspp And Pp) Located At Ul. Warszawska 7 In Giżycko In The Premises Provided By The Ordering Party By April 20, 2026. The Premises Will Be Made Available To The Contractor After Concluding A Separate Premises Lending Agreement Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor, In Which The Contractor Undertakes To Bear Operating Costs Related To The Maintenance And Use Of The Premises, - Equipping The Śspp And Pp Service Office With The Necessary Electronic Equipment And Software For Maintaining The Database. Data Regarding The Records Of Registered Offenses And Payments Made, As Well As Additional Lists From The Records Of Parking Subscriptions, As Well As Revenues From Parking Meters, - Employment Of Employees Of The Śspp And Pp Service Office And Controllers To Control Śspp And Pp, - Creation Of A Website With Necessary Information For Drivers Using Śspp And Pp, - Entering The Registration Numbers Of Motor Vehicles Reported By The Drivers Into The Database Of The Giżycko Resident Card Provided By The Ordering Party.
