The Function Of An Investor Supervision Inspector In The Road And Sanitary Industry Must Be Performed By Persons Who Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz. The Task Subject To Supervision Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Bicycle Path And A Section Of A Pedestrian, Pedestrian And Bicycle Path In The District Road No. 3307E (Ul. Konstantynowska And Ul. Rypułtowicka) In Pabianice, On A Section With A Total Length Of Approximately 3.14 Km (District Road No. 3307E Is A Class Z Road). The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Design And Reconstruction Of Drainage: In Particular On The Section Of Ul. Rypułtowicka, From Property 78 To The District Borders, A Rainwater Drainage System Should Be Designed And Built, Along With Inlets, Drains And Inspection Wells. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Task That Is The Subject Of Investor Supervision Are Described In Detail In The Functional And Utility Program For The Task, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. 2. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.
