Attention! The Bill Of Quantities Is Of Auxiliary Nature Only. Bearing In Mind That This Procedure Assumes A Lump Sum Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Prepare An Offer Only On The Basis Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Land Development Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works - Constituting Annexes To The Swz.4. Other Requirements And Comments.4.1. During The Period Of Carrying Out The Works, The Contractor Will Be Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 50,000.00.4.2. The Contractor Will Be Liable For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Under Warranty For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.4.3.
