The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Skills Playground - Construction Of The Playground.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparatory Works Related To The Construction Site, 2) Execution Of Surveying Works - Marking Out Land Development, 3) Execution Of Land Levelling, Spreading Out The Existing Slope, 4) Execution Of Foundation Excavations For Land Development Elements, 5) Execution Of Foundation Works, 6) Execution Of Installation Of Playground Equipment, 7) Execution Of Safe Surfaces, 8) Execution Of Backfilling Of Excavations, 9) Execution Of Foundation Works Cleaning The Construction Site, 10) Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board (After Prior Agreement On The Content), 11) Construction Of Lawns And Planting Trees, 12) Preparation Of An Inventory Map. 2. Location Of Works: At Ul. Waryńskiego In The Vicinity Of Primary School No. In Ostrów Wielkopolski, Plot No. 111/1, District 0083.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Following Documents: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 9, 2) Land Development Design - Annex No. 10, 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 11, 4) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 12. Attention! The Bill Of Quantities Is Of Auxiliary Nature Only. Bearing In Mind That This Procedure Assumes A Lump Sum Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Prepare An Offer Only On The Basis Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Land Development Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works - Constituting Annexes To The Swz.4. Other Requirements And Comments.4.1. During The Period Of Carrying Out The Works, The Contractor Will Be Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 50,000.00.4.2. The Contractor Will Be Liable For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Under Warranty For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.4.3. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Contract For A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.4.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Possible Subcontractor To, On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Referred To In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Were Employed Performing The Following Works: 1) Earthworks, 2) Foundation Works, 3) Assembly Works.4.5. Submitting Partial Offers Is Not Allowed Due To The Fact That The Order Technically, Organizationally And Economically Forms An Inseparable Whole. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order In A Limited Area Would Pose A Risk Of Technical Difficulties.
