Tenders Are Invited For Thermal Modernization And Installation Of Central Heating Installations. And Domestic Hot Water In A Multi-Family Residential Municipal Building At Ul. Lipowa 1 And Konopnicka 2 In Żytkiejmy
The Subject Of The Intention Is To Carry Out Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Works In A Corner Residential Building Located At Ul. Lipowa 2 And Ul. Konopnickie 1J In Żytkiejmy, In The Dubeninki Commune. The Scope Of The Planned Works Includes In Particular: Insulation Of The Entire Building Along With The Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Insulation And Replacement Of The Roof Covering, Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing Heat Sources, As Well As Construction Of A Central Boiler Room Along With The Distribution Of Central Heating And Hot Water Installations. The Project Envisages The Liquidation Of Local Heat Sources, Such As Tiled Stoves And Stove-Kitchen, And The Use Of Modern, Ecological Heating Solutions In The Form Of Two Heat Pumps Supported By A Pellet Boiler. The Investment Also Includes The Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation Along With The Necessary Accompanying, Reconstruction And Compensation Works. Additionally, It Is Planned To Clean The Existing Chimney Flues And Rebuild Smoke Chimneys Into Ventilation Chimneys And Distribute Ventilation To Bathrooms And Kitchen Rooms In All Premises Of The Building.
