Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Heating Oil: Light Oil In The Amount Of Approximately 16,000 Liters In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2026 To The Boiler Room Of The School Complex In Lubomin.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Transport And Unloading Of Light Fuel Oil To The Boiler Room Of The School Complex In Lubomin, Ul. Copernicus 4.2. Order Completion Date: From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2025 Or Until The Date On Which The Ordering Party Uses The Maximum Amount Allocated For The Execution Of The Order, Depending On Which Event Occurs First.3. Planned Delivery Quantity – 16,000 Liters.4. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively After Notification By Telephone Or E-Mail By The Representative Of The Ordering Party. The Quantity And Date Of Each Delivery Will Be Determined By The Ordering Partys Representative With The Simultaneous Obligation To Complete The Delivery No Later Than Within 24 Hours Of Notification.5. The Estimated Amount Of Heating Oil In One Delivery Is 8,000 Liters.6. The Delivery Must Be Carried Out Using Specialized Equipment And Tankers Intended For The Transport Of Fuel Oil, Equipped With Appropriate, Certified Fuel Flow Meters And Equipped With The Necessary Devices For Trouble-Free Pumping Of Oil Into The Tanks. Fuel Transport Should Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Legal Regulations, Including Those Regarding Fire Safety, Road Traffic And Environmental Protection.7. Each Time Oil Is Pumped Into The Ordering Partys Tank, It Will Only Take Place In The Presence Of A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party.8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Light Fuel Oil Meets The Quality Conditions In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2008)9. With Each Delivery, It Is Required To Provide The Ordering Partys Representative - The Person Receiving The Given Batch Of Fuel Oil - With A Document Confirming Compliance With The Quality Condition Of The Delivered Oil (Quality Certificate) Specified By The Ordering Party In This Description. Transport Costs Will Be Included In The Price Of Light Fuel Oil.10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Oil Supplied, In Relation To The Quantities Specified In Point 5 Of This Description, Due To Weather And Atmospheric Conditions Or As A Result Of Other Factors Affecting The Ordering Partys Demand For The Quantity Of Oil Supplies. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation Against The Ordering Party Due To The Change Of The Order. Settlement For Deliveries Will Be Made In Accordance With The Actual Quantity Of Oil Delivered.
