A Detailed Description And Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Relocation Of Archival Resources Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Order No. 13 Of July 24, 2025. The Chief Director Of The State Archives On The Organization Of The Transport Of Archival Materials Carried Out By The State Archives In The Territory Of Poland. Annex No. 9 Swz. Place Of Performance Of The Service - Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Central Archives Of Historical Records - Raczyńscy Palace, 00-263 Warszawa, Ul. Długa 7, In The Rooms Provided For This Purpose To The Contractor And Target Locations In The Period From Signing The Contract To September 30, 2026. The Above Activities Will Be Performed On Days And Hours Determined Depending On The Transport Schedule And The Planned Target Location For A Given Transport, So As To Transport And Unload The Archives Within The Hours Set By The Target Archive/Warehouse. On-Site Visit 1. The Ordering Party Informs That The Submission Of The Offer Must Be Preceded By The Contractors On-Site Visit Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. At The Ordering Partys Office On March 16, 2026 From 8:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. After Prior Notification By Telephone Or E-Mail And Agreeing On The Arrival Time.
