1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of An Investment Called Reconstruction Of Ul. Stefana Żeromskiego, On The Section From The Roundabout To The District Road Ul. Sokołowska. The Scope Of Works Includes The Reconstruction Of: 1.1. Roadway; 1.2. Sidewalks; 1.3. Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths; 1.4. Exits; 1.5. Greenery; 1.6. Rainwater Drainage System; 1.7. Water Supply Network; 1.8. Heating Network; 1.9. Road Lighting. 2. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop, Obtain Approval And Introduce Temporary Traffic Organization, Along With Submitting A Notification. Relevant Institutions About The Intention To Introduce Temporary Traffic Organization, As Well As To Introduce Changes In The Permanent Traffic Organization And To Inform The Competent Authorities About This Fact Resulting From The Approval. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached To The Swz, Which Includes In Particular: 3.1. Design Documentation With Attachments, 3.2. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 3.4 To Raise An Objection No. Ab.6743.383.2025.Ach Of August 25, 2025.4. The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz.5. The Bills Of Quantities Are Attached Only As A Guide For The Purpose Of Preparing Its Own Calculation. The Contractor Should Remember, Regardless Of Any Limitations Suggested By The Description Of Each Item And/Or Explanation. Payment For Work Performed And Completed In All Respects. The Contractor Shall Be Deemed To Have Taken Into Account All Requirements And Obligations Whether Specified Or Suggested In The Bill Of Quantities.
