The Ordering Party Allows For Changes In The Quantity Of The Ordered Aggregate At The Level Of +/- 15% Of The Value Of The Entire Assortment Within The Adopted Cost Estimate Settlement.4. The Delivered Aggregate Must Meet Technical And Quality Requirements In Accordance With Applicable Standards, In Particular Pn-En 13242 Or Equivalent. The Aggregate Must Not Contain Any Contaminants That Could Damage Vehicles Traveling On The Road, E.G. Nails, Metal Wires, Glass Or Others Such As Plastic, Rubber, Etc., And Must Not Contain Elements Harmful To The Environment (Asbestos, Ashes, Etc.). If Material Of Inadequate Quality Is Delivered, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Replace It.5. The Ordering Party Stipulates That During The Duration Of The Order, In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Delivered Material, It Will Take A Random Sample Of The Assortment In Order To Conduct Laboratory Tests To Determine The Composition And Properties Of The Delivery. In The Event Of Non-Compliance With The Standards And Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Charged With The Costs Of Laboratory Tests And Will Collect The Incorrect Material At His Own Expense And Deliver An Assortment Consistent With The Requirements.6. The Delivered Material Must Be Collected In The Presence Of An Authorized Representative Of The Kańczuga City And Commune Office Or The Village Head, After Prior Notification To The Ordering Party By The Contractor. Each Time The Materials Are Delivered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Wz Certificate Or Another Document Confirming The Quantity And Type Of The Delivered Material Along With A Document Confirming The Fulfillment Of Quality Requirements. 7. It Is Stipulated That The Size Of The Vehicle Delivering A Given Material Will Be Each Time Adapted To The Existing Parameters Of The Road - Access Options. 8. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Planned Delivery Date No Later Than 2 Days Before Delivery.
