Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Obtaining Legally Required Decisions And Building Permits, And Construction Of The Facility. 2) The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of 2 Program And Spatial Concepts.
