Aggregate Deliveries Will Be Carried Out On An Emergency Basis Based On The Written Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Specifying: Quantity Of Aggregate, Place Of Delivery And Unloading Of Aggregate, Delivery Date (No Later Than 3 Business Days From The Date Of Sending The Request, Unless Another Date Is Specified In The Request), Authorized Person To Collect The Aggregate Delivery. The Ordering Party Submits The Request Electronically To The Contractors E-Mail Address Or In Another Mutually Agreed Manner. It Is Noted That The Area Of The Lubichowo Forest District Is Located Within The Bory Tucholskie Natura 2000 Area And Is Located (Partially) Within The Protected Area Of The Bory Tucholskie Landscape.
