The Planned Investment Includes The Construction Of A New Building Of The Center For Senior Initiatives (Cis) Along With Land Development And The Necessary Infrastructure. It Is Assumed That The Investment Will Be Implemented In Two Stages, In Accordance With The Functional Division: 1) Stage I - Day Home For Seniors2) Stage Ii - Public Part Dedicated To Sanitary Organizations And Non-Affiliated Groups And A Common Zone. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Full-Discipline Design Documentation, Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And The Final Decision On The Building Permit. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Of The Building With Connections And Landscaping (Including The Senior Home, A Public Part Dedicated To Senior Organizations And Groups Of Non-Affiliated Seniors + A Common Zone And A Common Entrance Zone And A Winter Garden, Roads, Sidewalks, Paths And Walking Paths, Parking Lots, Lighting, Greenery, Open Evaporation Tank, Recreational Areas And Outdoor Gym, Sheds, Small Architecture, Photovoltaics). The Main Idea Of ​​The Ordering Party Is To Obtain A Construction Design Of Facilities That Meet The Assumptions Of The Architectural Concept, In Particular In Terms Of Function And Architecture. The Project Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations And Standards, With Particular Attention To Fire, Energy And Ecological Safety, Aesthetics And Hygiene And Sanitary Requirements.
