Tenders Are Invited For Care For Homeless Animals From The Strzegowo Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Care Of Homeless Animals From The Strzegowo Commune In The Period From April 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. General Assumptions: The Entity Providing The Services Is Obliged To Take Proper Care Of The Entrusted Animals. He Is Obliged To Keep Written Documentation Containing Information About Each Animal Admitted As Part Of The Task, In Particular: • A Description Of The Animal, Including Its Species, Age, Sex, Color, Aggression And Markings, Along With A Photo, • The Date Of Admission To The Shelter And The Name, Surname And Address Of The Person Transferring The Animal To The Shelter Or A Description Of The Place Of Capture/Event (Enabling Identification In The Field), • Data On Quarantine, • Data On Vaccinations And Veterinary Treatments Performed, Medications Administered And Recommendations, • Date Of Microchipping The Animal, • Date Of Leaving The Shelter And The Name, Surname And Address Of The Person To Whom The Animal Was Handed Over, • Date Of Death With The Reason, • Keeping Records Of Adoption Contracts. List Of Expected Services Provided By The Contractor: 1. Providing A Place In An Animal Shelter In Appropriate Conditions And Protection Against The Negative Impact Of Weather Factors, I.E. Rain, Snow, Sun, Wind, Appropriate Lighting, Separating Aggressive Animals From Animals That Do Not Exhibit Such Characteristics. 2. Providing Food For Admitted Animals By Providing Them With A Daily Portion Of Food Intended For Animals, Which Will Correspond To The Nutritional Needs Of A Given Animal In Accordance With The Applicable Rules. 3. Providing 24-Hour Medical And Veterinary Care For Admitted Animals, Consisting In Taking All Necessary Actions At All Times To Protect Them Against Threats To Their Life And Health, As Well As Treatment To Restore Health And Fitness, Including In Particular: A) General Health Examination With The Issuance Of A Certificate - Description Reflected In The Animals Individual Health Card; B) Vaccination Against Rabies; C) Other Vaccinations – According To The Order And Scope Agreed With The Competent Veterinarian; D) Administering Pharmaceuticals To Remove Internal And External Parasites; E) Sterilization Or Castration; F) Animal Treatment; G) Aftercare; H) Euthanasia. 4. Disposal Of Carcasses Of Animals That Died After Admission, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.5. Permanent Electronic Marking To Enable Clear Identification Of Animals Taken Into Care.6. When The Animals Are Admitted To The Shelter, The Contractor Takes Over All Obligations Related To Their Maintenance From The Commune And Cannot Make Any Claims From The Ordering Party Apart From The Remuneration Resulting From This Contract. 7. Placing Animals Under The Care Of Owners Or Persons Wishing To Have An Animal On The Basis Of Adoption Contracts.8. Carrying Out Activities To Find Guardians For Animals In The Shelter.9. Immediate Action In Emergency Situations Such As: Natural Disasters, Sanitary
