The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Road Aggregate In The Amount Of 2,340 Tons For The Current Maintenance Of Roads In The Werbkowice Commune, Of Which Mixtures Of Natural Aggregate Fraction From 0-31.5 Mm - 2,140 Tons And Coarse Aggregate Fraction 31.5-63 Mm In The Amount Of 200 Tons. Requirements For The Subject Of The Order: A) Delivered Road Aggregate (Mixture Of Natural Aggregate With Grain Size 0-31.5 Mm And Coarse Aggregate Fraction 31.5-63 Mm) Must Meet The Pn-En 13242 Standards And Should Have Appropriate Certificates Or Certificates Confirming Compliance With This Standard, Which Should Be Provided To The Ordering Party; B) The Road Aggregate Delivered By The Selected Contractor Must Not Be Contaminated In The Form Of Wires And Nails That Could Damage Vehicles Traveling On The Road. If Such Contaminants Are Found In The Content Of The Aggregate, The Ordering Party Will Demand That These Contaminants Be Removed Or The Delivered Aggregate Be Replaced With New, Contaminant-Free Ones; C) Delivery Of Road Aggregate Includes: Sale, Loading, Weighing, Transport And Unloading Of Road Aggregate On The Roads And Storage Areas Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Werbkowice Commune. Failure To Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Regarding The Weighing Of The Delivered Aggregate Each Time Before Unloading On The Road May Result In Refusal To Accept The Aggregate.
