In Ropczyce From April 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 1) In The Basic Scope, The Estimated Purchase Is: A) Diesel Oil In An Estimated Quantity Of Approximately 23,250 Liters B) Pb95 Unleaded Gasoline In An Estimated Quantity Of Approximately 420 Liters2) In The Scope Covered By The Option Right (Maximum 50% Of The Basic Order) It Is Estimated Purchase: A) Diesel Oil In An Estimated Quantity Of Approximately 11,625 Liters B) Unleaded Petrol Pb95 In An Estimated Quantity Of Approximately 210 Liters 2. Conditions Of Implementation: 1) In Terms Of Quality: A) The Supplied Diesel Oil And Unleaded Gasoline Must Meet The Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Requirements Quality Standards For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws, Item 1018) And The Standards Pn - En 228+A1:2017-06 (Unleaded Petrol) And Pn - En 590+A1:2017-06 (Diesel Oil) Or Equivalent. B) The Contractor Will Guarantee The Supply Of Liquid Fuels Appropriate To The Period Of Their Use: In The Summer Period, The So-Called Summer Fuels, In Winter The So-Called Winter Fuels, And In The Transitional Period The So-Called Transitional Fuels. C) The Ordering Party Will Purchase Fuel Successively At The Contractors Gas Station. Fuel Will Be Dispensed Directly Into The Fuel Tanks Of Cars, Machines Or On The Basis Of An Individual, One-Time Authorization For Canisters. D) The Ordering Party Requires That Fuel Deliveries Be Made At The Contractors Gas Station, Open Every Day (7 Days A Week) At Least From 6:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. And Located At A Distance Of No More Than 6 Km From The Ordering Partys Seat, Counted As The Length Of The Route From The Ordering Partys Seat To The Indicated Contractors Fuel Station On Public Roads.
