1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Construction Documentation For The Task Titled: Stabilization Of Landslide No. 154267 In The Town Of Kąty, In Order To Secure The Municipal Water Supply And Sewage Network With A Length Of Approx. 110 M On Plots No. 52/2, 52/3, 52/4, 52/5, 45/5, 45/4, Iwkowa Commune And Obtaining A Positive Opinion From The State Project Of The Geological Institute To Secure And Stabilize The Landslide, As Well As Participation In The Meeting Of The Provincial Team Supervising The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Counteracting Landslide Movements And Removing Their Effects. The Municipal Water Supply And Sewage Network Covered By The Scope Of The Study Is Located On Plots No. 52/2, 52/3, 52/4, 52/5, 45/5, 45/4 In The Town Of Kąty, Iwkowa Commune, Brzeg Poviat, Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The Documentation Should Include Stabilization Of The Landslide In Order To Secure The Municipal Water Supply And Sewage Network, Which Is Located On The Active Landslide No. 154267 Within Plots No. 52/2, 52/3, 52/4, 52/5, 45/5, 45/4 In The Town Of Kąty, Iwkowa Commune, Brzeg Poviat, Lesser Poland Voivodeship. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Complete Design And Construction Documentation In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Construction Law, The Public Procurement Law And All Other Relevant Legal Provisions And All Requirements Of Polish Standards In Force In This Regard And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, In Particular: A) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes, B) Preparation Of A Land Development Design, C) Preparation Of A Construction Design, D) Preparation Of An Executive Design, E) Preparation Of A Water Law Study Together With Arrangements, If Necessary, Studies, F) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate, G) Preparation Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, H) Identification Of The Location Of External Devices Interfering With The Implementation Of The Task In Question And Possible Development Of Their Replacement Designs, And Obtaining Possible Conditions And Arrangements For The Reconstruction, And If The Obtained Conditions Result In The Need For Their Reconstruction, Taking Into Account The Scope Of These Works, I) Carrying Out All Necessary Studies And Obtaining All Legally Required Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Checks, Consents, Etc., 3) Documentation Should Take Into Account The Conditions Arising In Particular From The Following Studies: A) Registration Card Of The Area Where Mass Movements Of The Earth Occur, B) Approved Geological And Engineering Documentation Together With The Opinions Of: The Polish Geological Institute And The Provincial Team Supervising The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Counteracting Landslide Movements And Removing Their Effects.
