The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Conference Services For The Digital Poland Project Center. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With Five (5) Contractors (And With Each Subsequent Contractor Who Obtains The Same Number Of Points As The Last Qualified Contractor) Whose Offers Meet All The Requirements Of The Swz And The Public Procurement Law And Will Receive The Highest Number Of Points Based On The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In Chapter Xviii Of This Swz. If Fewer Offers Are Submitted, The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With All Contractors Who Meet All The Requirements Of The Swz And The Public Procurement Act.
