Purchase Together With The Delivery Of Mixed Brick-Concrete Or Concrete Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0.00 To 31.5 Mm In An Amount Of 1,270 Tons. In The Case Of Delivery Of Mixed Brick-Concrete Aggregate, The Concrete That Constitutes Its Component Should Constitute At Least 50% Of The Total Mixture. The Contractor Will Deliver The Aggregate By Road And Unload It Himself In A Place That Is Part Of The Repaired Road In The Grudziądz Commune. The Contractor Should Be Able To Deliver Goods In Daily Batches Of Up To 300 Tons. Deliveries Will Be Made Based On The Ordering Partys Orders, Depending On Current Needs. Each Delivered Batch Must Be Accompanied By A Document Specifying The Type And Weight Of The Delivered Goods And A Declaration Of Conformity. The Contractor Should Make Deliveries Between 7:00 A.M. And 2:30 P.M. On Working Days. Any Delivery Of Material Outside Business Days Requires Arrangements With The Ordering Party. The Locations And Individual Quantities Of Aggregate Delivered Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Download And Examine The Delivered Material Three Times At The Contractors Expense.
