Limestone Aggregate With Granulation 0 - 31.5 Mm - Approx. 33,925 Tons (Approx. 157 Courses) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver The Aggregate At Least 3Rd Tranches: - 1St Tranche - Approx. 2,650 Tons (106 Courses) At The Date And Place Agreed With The Ordering Party (But No Longer Than Within 90 Days From The Date Of Submitting The Demand For Aggregate Delivery By Fax Or Telephone) - 2Nd Tranche - Approx. 925 Tons (37 Courses - Village Fund) At The Date And Place Agreed With The Ordering Party (But Not Longer Than Within 90 Days From The Date Of Submitting The Demand For Aggregate Delivery By Fax Or Telephone) Aggregates) - Third Tranche Of Approx. 350 Tons (14 Courses) At The Date And Place Agreed With The Ordering Party (But No Longer Than Within 90 Days From The Date Of Reporting By Fax Or Telephone The Request For The Delivery Of Aggregates). The Ordering Party Will Commission The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order According To Its Current Needs On The Basis Of Separate Orders Submitted To The Contractor By Telephone, In Writing Or By Fax, Specifying The Scope And Place Of Work. The Contractor Is Obliged To Do So Within 3 Days. Start The Delivery From The Date Of Notification. Each Delivery Should Be Documented With A Wz Document Along With A Scale Printout Issued By The Mine, Additionally Confirmed By An Office Employee / Village Head / Councilor Of The Town Where The Delivery Was Made Or An Employee Of The Municipal Office. In The Event Of Poor Quality Aggregate, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Spilled Aggregate From The Road At His Own Expense. The Given Size Of Crushed Limestone Road Aggregate Is An Expected Quantity And May Change. If The Above-Mentioned Quantity Of Aggregate Is Reduced, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Attached Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Note! The Ordering Party Declares That The Quantities Of Aggregate Given Above Should Be Treated As Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase Smaller Or Larger Quantities Of Fuels Than Those Specified Above, If, For Economic Reasons, Current Needs Or Other Reasons, It Is In The Ordering Partys Interest. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim For The Unrealized Purchase Of Aggregate In The Quantities Indicated Above.
