The Contracting Authority May, In Accordance With Paragraph 1A Of Article 132 Of Law 4412/2016, Amend By Its Unilateral Declaration - Without A New Contract Conclusion Process - The Original Contract By Activating The Right Of Option For Services In Accordance With The Basic Plan Of The Services That Will Be The Subject Of This Contract. The Time Extension (Right Of Extension), By 12 Months, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Object Issue, With A Budget Of 288,596 Euros (Plus Vat), Is A Form Of Modification Of The Contract, Since It Leads To An Increase In The Contractual Value. The Activation Of The Right Of Unilateral Extension On Behalf Of Egnatia Street Sa Will Take Place Within The Time Of Execution Of The Initial Contract And At Least Two (2) Months Before Its Completion. Following The Above, The Conclusion Of The Option Contract Will Follow, Which Will Be Done With The Notification Of The Relevant Decision To The Contractor. The Contractor After Exercising The Option (Extension Of The Duration Of The Contract) Will Continue To Provide His Services According To The Terms Of The Original Contract And For The Entire Period Of Its Validity.
