Lift-Maintenance Services – Servicing And Maintenance Of Loph65 Heritage Elevators. The Procurement Procedure Used Is Open Call For Tenders. It Is Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° And R. 2161-2 To R. 2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Is Concluded With A Maximum Amount Of 100,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Purchase Order Part Over The Overall Duration Of The Contract (60 Months). The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Upkeep And Maintenance Services For Elevators Owned By Oph65. It Includes: - “Preventive” Services (Periodic Maintenance Visits, Troubleshooting, On-Call) - And “Curative” Services, Ordered As Needed. The Services, Subject Of This Contract, Will Be Remunerated On The Basis Of An Overall And Fixed Annual Unit Price, Subject To A Purchase Order Established On The Basis Of The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu) Of The Service Provider. The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At 1 Year, Renewable 4 Times.
